Power Butler does not hold or provide warranties directly.
2. Warranty Assistance
We will:
- Assist with logging and managing warranty claims
- Communicate with suppliers on your behalf
3. Direct Claims
Customers may:
- Return products directly to the supplier/vendor, or
- Request Power Butler to handle the process
4. Costs
- Shipping, courier, and handling costs related to warranty claims are for the customer’s account
- These will be charged at fair market rates
5. Turnaround Times
- Warranty processing times depend entirely on the supplier/manufacturer
- Power Butler cannot guarantee turnaround times
6. Warranty Exclusions
Warranties typically do not cover:
- Incorrect installation
- Physical damage
- Power surges or electrical faults
- Misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications
