All products carry warranties provided by the manufacturer or supplier.

Power Butler does not hold or provide warranties directly.

2. Warranty Assistance

We will:

  • Assist with logging and managing warranty claims
  • Communicate with suppliers on your behalf

3. Direct Claims

Customers may:

  • Return products directly to the supplier/vendor, or
  • Request Power Butler to handle the process

4. Costs

  • Shipping, courier, and handling costs related to warranty claims are for the customer’s account
  • These will be charged at fair market rates

5. Turnaround Times

  • Warranty processing times depend entirely on the supplier/manufacturer
  • Power Butler cannot guarantee turnaround times

6. Warranty Exclusions

Warranties typically do not cover:

  • Incorrect installation
  • Physical damage
  • Power surges or electrical faults
  • Misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications
