1. Eligible Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- Products are sealed, unused, and in original packaging, or
- Products are faulty or defective
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used products (unless faulty)
- Special-order or custom items
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper installation
3. Handling / Restocking Fees
Approved returns may incur a handling fee between 10% – 25%, depending on supplier/vendor policies.
4. Return Process
- All returns must be approved in advance
- Items must include original packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase
5. Refunds
- Refunds are processed after inspection and supplier approval
- Processing times may vary depending on supplier turnaround times
6. Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is confirmed faulty
