Returns Policy

1. Eligible Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • Products are sealed, unused, and in original packaging, or
  • Products are faulty or defective

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products (unless faulty)
  • Special-order or custom items
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper installation

3. Handling / Restocking Fees

Approved returns may incur a handling fee between 10% – 25%, depending on supplier/vendor policies.

4. Return Process

  • All returns must be approved in advance
  • Items must include original packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase

5. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after inspection and supplier approval
  • Processing times may vary depending on supplier turnaround times

6. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is confirmed faulty
